How do you identify the Best Ones for You?
Imagine reading through the fine print of these 4,000 plus mutual fund schemes...
Researching the 41 fund houses that own them...
Seeing the performance and composition of every scheme, month after month...
Going through the credentials of the various fund managers...
It's a Herculean Task!
And still you might not be able to pick out the winners.
Besides with a busy schedule, continuously tracking the performance of these funds would be near impossible.
So what do most investors do?
They prefer handing over their money to someone else to manage... relationship managers, brokers…
They rely on the so-called expertise of the Relationship Manager or Broker to choose the right mutual fund portfolio for them.
And then complain about having lost money... And sometimes even losing nearly all of it!
Now, we are not saying that every Relationship Manager is involved in mis-selling. In fact we are sure there are a few who are honest and trustworthy.
But the fact remains that you and I have been victims of this 'commission' led selling for long now.
And the truth is that there is no one to turn to for unbiased advice!
